This tiny skipper came landing right in front of me on a sun-speckled jungle path during the rainy season (there was a break in the weather). In flight, it ressembles a washed-down version of the Grass Demon, Udaspes folus and has the same flight manner. Above 2 photos from 21 November 2013 @ 13:58

The Large Snow Flat, Tagiades gana gana (Moore)

This insect is more common in disturbed environments than in pristine forests. It can often be seen sunning itself in the morning along wooded village paths or the forest's edge and its white tornal area against a decidedly ash-gray wings gives it a tinier appearance in flight, which is usually very fast and in short bursts.
