It can de differentiated from N. harita by its less well formed spot on space 2 of the FW and a vague spot in space 3 of its FW (picture above). Below link is a comparison to N. harita.
This is an uncommon Neptis was actually found at a recreational spot on cement structures and the tarmac on a hot late morning @ 250M. Above all photos 18 May 2014 @ 11:48
