The Tailed Sulphur, Dercas gobrias herodorus (Fruhstorfer)

From a distance, this looks like a very large Eurema simulatrix tecmessa but its angled wings and the unusual rich bordeaux red edges against the greenish yellow wings will immediately set it apart. Confined to deeply wooded hills where the forest is largely undisturbed. They are extremely sensitive to human presence and shun exposed environment where the males will puddle on seepages in semi-shaded places.

This is quite a large pierid - about the size of a good-sized Lemon Emigrant, C. pomona (compare it to the Pathysa in the foreground).
