The Blue-line Brilliant, Simiskina pharyge deolina (Fruhstorfer)

This is a tiny forest butterfly, found at open places where they can be seen dogfighting and sunning themselves at the earlier part of the morning. They ressemble Poritia but has plain undersides with darker fascia. The males have deep black uppersides with brilliant blue striations. This is an uncommon butterfly.
