Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful butterfly of the undergrowth, the carmine undersides have rich metallic blue with black edge markings giving its a bejewelled appearance. The uppersides are simple and unmarked. This tiny little butterfly inhabits the deep shades of elevated primary forests.
